Privacy Notice pursuant to EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR)

During booking and stay procedures we collect and process the following personal data:

- Identification data (name, surname, date and place of birth);

- Contact details (phone number, email address);

- Stay-related data (dates, preferences, special requests);

- Tax data required for invoicing or registration with local authorities, where required by applicable law.

Personal data are processed for the following purposes:

- Managing booking requests and stays;

- Sending pre- and post-stay communications relating to the services offered;

- Fulfilling legal and administrative obligations, such as transmitting data to competent authorities (e.g. State Police – AlloggiatiWeb portal);

- Managing accounting and tax requirements linked to the stay.

Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR.

Data are processed using paper, IT and electronic tools with security measures suitable to ensure confidentiality and integrity.

No automated decision-making processes or profiling activities are carried out.

Data may be disclosed exclusively to:

- Public bodies when required by law (e.g. law enforcement);

- Tax or legal consultants for accounting and administrative fulfilments;

- Online booking platforms (Booking.com, Airbnb) acting as independent data controllers.

Data are not sold to third parties for commercial purposes nor disseminated publicly.

Personal data are stored for the time necessary to perform the stay contract and, in any case, for the period required by civil, tax and accounting regulations (generally 10 years).

Some online booking platforms (e.g. Airbnb, Booking.com) may transfer personal data to non-EU countries in line with their own data protection policies and in compliance with the standard contractual clauses envisaged by the GDPR.

This notice may be updated if regulatory or organisational changes occur.
